Let’s be real—mental health is messy. I’ve got my share of coping mechanisms, and while some work, others... not so much. Routine? Scheduling? Yeah, those are a struggle. So, this time around, I’m embracing my own pace: slow, steady, snail-style.
I’ve got a niche, but it’s broad and kind of fuzzy. Essentially, I’ll be rambling about how I deal with life and the mental health crisis that’s affecting not just the world but me, personally. I’ll touch on coping skills, life advice, mental health crises, how ADHD and neurodivergence shape my world, and dealing with everyday challenges. But really, this blog won’t follow a strict format. No rhyme, no reason, just my opinions. Take them or leave them.
Also, a quick note on transparency: I’m a writer in a world where AI is doing a lot of the work for some people. I’ll be using AI too—but think of it as the 2020s version of that annoying 90s Word paperclip, here to help with grammar, spelling, and a nudge in the right direction. That’s it.
Now, because I can’t make this my full-time gig (I’m living that lower-middle-class, paycheck-to-paycheck life), I’ll be diving into affiliate marketing—mainly Amazon. Yes, I’ve worked for them, and no, it wasn’t my favorite job, but it paid the bills. And like it or not, money keeps the world spinning. Enjoying my writing? Want to help keep this blog alive? Share it with your friends, family, coworkers—heck, even your therapist if you think it’ll resonate. Every share helps spread my work and grow this community. And if you feel so inclined, you can support me directly by donating or tipping via Cash App or Venmo. Once enough funds roll in, I’ll be getting a proper domain name and taking this blog to the next level. Thanks for reading, sharing, and being part of this journey! 💜
